SAMPLE SCHEDULE
Day 1 — Arrival, Through a Resident's Eyes
A private transfer brings you to Pattaya. After checking in to the hotel that will serve as your base, collect a mobile Wi-Fi router or phone so that staying connected is one less thing to think about. In the evening, walk the neighbourhoods you are considering and take the measure of the streets.
Day 2 — Looking at Homes
A day devoted to property viewings, mainly condominiums. We accompany you to candidates matched to your budget and purpose, sharing a grounded view of the local market, and explain the basics of foreign ownership in Thailand with real properties in front of you.
Day 3 — The Paperwork, Explained
The morning is for a visa consultation: retirement visas and other options suited to your circumstances, with the current requirements laid out clearly. We also walk you through what opening a Thai bank account involves. As account-opening support is available to visa holders, we map out the steps that follow once your visa is in place.
Day 4 — A Day Lived, Not Toured
A lightly planned day for trying on daily life: shopping at a market or supermarket, a walk along the beach, a second look at a property that stayed on your mind. Whatever questions the first three days have raised, this is the day to settle them — with a car available to revisit any neighbourhood.
Day 5 — Departure, and What Comes Next
On the final morning, we sit down together to review what the visit has shown and plan the steps ahead — home, visa, bank, connectivity. Then your driver sees you to the airport. The next time you come, it will no longer be a preview.
